Thats just a camera's sensor going nuts trying to capture the image and your making something out of nothing, Like looking at the clouds and seeing a familiar shape.
Your mind learns by relating to past experiences, So what you see as a Ghost or UFO or whatever, Is (possibly) something else, You just cant put an exact name on it.

Rubbish. no context. Which bit of wall is it? How far away are you? Is this just a hand shadow on a bit of wall round the corner from your house.
