My experience is that the new Fear is definitely a step up in terms of graphics but compared to the first Fear it seems the ai has been dumb down.

I see i'm impressed. So what was the original filesive of this? And what was the wmv file size? You used sony vegas to edit this? Also lastly how long did it take to upload onto youtube?

original was big. Ofcourse you know fraps makes very big files. I think the end result was like 800mb or something. I really can't say because I uploaded it along time ago.

Yes I believe I used vegas for this. For the upload time I'm not sure because I normally would upload something while I'm asleep.

Yeah the game was alright. Felt really easy and I got through like nothing on hard.

Oppose to the first one where the enemy was actually smart. : p

shoot a wall in FEAR 1 ..

shoot a wall in FEAR 2 ..

shoot a swinging light in FEAR 1

shoot a swinging light in FEAR 2

(if you can find one)

Fire the Beam gun in FEAR 1 and toast a few people .

fire just about any gun in FEAR 1 and compare it to FEAR 2 . almost all the FEAR 1 guns look and react better.

if you have a wide screen 1920x1200 monitor notice the two big black bars on the screen because the game doesn't support anything over 1080 rez .

I played all the FEAR games.

I still play FEAR Combat .

the first part and it's expansions had better weapons effects and weapons fire decals better broken glass effect and better materials effects in general.

the lighting in fear 1 had better shadows and dynamic lighting effects .

Fear 2 was optimized for Xbox360 and ported to PC with no additional shader effects and no 1920x1200 wide-screen.

The original it overshadowed all other FPS games out at that time . FEAR2 doesn't .
