CRUISING ON A JONAS BROTHERS LOVE STORY SEQUEL chp 63

[Joe could only stare at Sheryll as she slowly made her way up the aisle. His mouth curved into a smile as he noticed her blushing. Sheryll moved slowly so she wouldn't trip on the dress. It didn't help that Joe was staring. She concentrated on her father's arm that she was holding on to and the feel of the dress as her legs moved forward. She tried to remember how the dress looked like on her, but she could only remember seeing it hung up in front of the mirror. It was a strapless dress that hugged her curves and flared at the bottom. An intricately sewn pattern and pearls decorated the bottom half of the dress. When she smiled at him, he thought his heart would jump out of his chest. Joe was surprised when Kevin took a step forward, eyes on Sam. Joe put his hand around Kevin's arm to keep him from moving off the altar. Kevin seemed to realize what he was doing, and moved back into place]
[Kevin didn't know that he was heading for Sam until Joe pulled him back. He had been watching her as she smiled and looked around the crowd. He couldn't help wanting to hold her in his arms. She had a soft blush on her cheeks that matched the pink calla lilies in her bouquet. Sam held on tight to the flowers and her father's arm, as she got closer to the altar. If she let go, she might just run into Kevin's arms. Her dress felt tighter as her heart beat faster and harder against her chest. Her haltered wedding gown flowed around her and the Swarovsky crystals sewn into her dress sparkled when the sun hit her. It seemed to take hours for her to get to the altar, but she and Sheryll were finally there. Joe and Kevin walked forward]
[As tradition Sam's father placed her hand in Kevin's, and Sheryll's father put her hand in Joe's. The smiles were contagious as they shown on the couples. Sheryll stood next to Joe in front of the minister, Sam on her other side. Soon, it was time for the rings. Frankie walked up to them holding two sets of rings]
JOE: Thanks, Frankie.
[Joe took the ring that was meant for Sheryll, and she took the ring that was meant for Joe. They waited as Sam and Kevin did the same]
MINISTER: Now, will the grooms take hold of their bride's left hand.
[They turned to face each other. Kevin and Joe took hold of Sam and Sheryll's hand respectively]
MINISTER: Joe, please say your vow.
JOE: Sheryll, with this ring...
[He slipped the ring carefully on Sheryll's hand, knowing it would be there forever]
JOE: I promise to love you with every beat of my heart and I will cherish every moment we share, till death do us part.
MINISTER: Kevin.
KEVIN: Sam, with this ring...
[Kevin watched himself slide the ring onto Sam's finger, happy he wasn't shaking]
KEVIN: I promise to love you and care for you whatever happens in our lives, as long as we both shall live.
MINISTER: Sheryll, please say your vow.
SHERYLL: Joe, with this ring...
[Sheryll smiled as she put his ring in its place]
SHERYLL: I pledge my life, love and happiness to you.
MINISTER: And Sam.
SAM: Kevin, with this ring...
[Sam tried to hold her shaking fingers steady as she slid Kevin's ring onto his ring finger]
SAM: I entrust my love unto you wholeheartedly as your wife.
MINISTER: Now, if there is anyone who disagrees with either of these marriages, speak now or forever hold your peace.
[Oh there were people who disagreed. Like the thousands of fans who still adored Joe and Kevin. A few had tried to get into the house, but they couldn't get past security]
MINISTER: Then I pronounce you husbands and wives. You may now kiss the bride.
[The crowd erupted in claps and cheers, as Kevin and Joe pulled Sam and Sheryll into their arms in a life-changing kiss. When she and Joe broke apart, Sheryll whispered into his ear]
SHERYLL: I love you.
JOE: And I'll always love you, too.
[Sheryll beamed and took hold of Joe's hand. She turned to see Sam smiling back at her. They both hugged before the walked back down the aisle, and from the corner of their eyes, it looked like Joe and Kevin high-fived]

[The chairs were moved and replaced with a dance floor after the guests had made their way to the tables. Kevin, Joe, Sheryll and Sam sat at the raised tables in front with Nick on the left end and Sarah on the right. The food was served a few minutes later and Sheryll laughed at Joe who was trying to stuff his face and hers with the food. The guests seemed to want some entertainment, so they clinked their forks against the glasses. As tradition, the bride and groom—or in this case brides and grooms—had to kiss. The first couple times, Sarah played along and clinked the water glass in front of her]
SHERYLL: Hey Sarah.
[Sheryll leaned forward to see Sarah past Joe]
SHERYLL: How's the food?
SARAH: Good.
SHERYLL: [Smiling] Do you want warm up the dance floor?
SARAH: No, I—
[Sarah was interrupted when Sheryll's attention was turned elsewhere by one of the guests]
