Thank you Michael. Love the song. I think there is no song of John's I don't like.. I have some music of his but I think I copied it on to a cassett. I can't remember what is on there. I've been to busy listening to all the songs I can.

On this day in 1943, The Good Lord gave us a most precious gift, one that would touch our hearts and open our minds and stir our souls, long after the gift has gone. John Denver was that gift. The world lost a precious gem on that fateful day in 1997 and nothing will ever shine as brightly as the treasure that is John Denver. I miss you John. Here's another song I missed when you originally posted it. I love the Dirt Band, too. And of course John Denver. I like the part about the old red chair, pulling the stuffing out for something to do. Some songs are so simple and it makes one think, "Gee, I would never have thought that would make a song," but here they are.
