I'm tryna totally change myself to the opposite of what I am Its extremely hard you cant get rid of these weak feelings

Realize that "that' can't make us happier.

Of course you can change "yourself" but that doesn't mean that you forgo those forces in your life that make you alive.

When we go on that quest to "find" ourselves, if we are successful, we merely discover that we are already complete, whole, perfect.
