@Rampagesc I will claim that it isen't.. As a swimmer you would like your glutes activity at max, so BackSquat would do the job ;-)
Best for a swimmer would be to train for neural adjustments.

@jroldos84 20-40 kgs of weight. The key is to find a weight that is challenging yet you can keep great form on and move it fast on the clean.

Does he do that more than twice a week, I mean power sessions, and does he do them after swimming? You wrote that the weights are 20-40 kgs, on what percentahe of 1RM are you aiming at.Thanks
