  • whats the exercise called after the pullups? is that a hang clean?

  • @element509 Hang clean and press. I just called it clean & press just to keep it simple.

  • @justbig

Does he do that more than twice a week, I mean power sessions, and does he do them after swimming? You wrote that the weights are 20-40 kgs, on what percentahe of 1RM are you aiming at.Thanks

  • @TheBara10 For that info you'll have to come to Gainesville and train. :)

  • BEAST.

  • @Rampagesc I will claim that it isen't.. As a swimmer you would like your glutes activity at max, so BackSquat would do the job ;-)

Best for a swimmer would be to train for neural adjustments.

  • @mig97217 Front squats help build a great back squat. Both are equally beneficial for any athlete

  • HOTTT!

  • Freak among freaks.

  • Are front squats more beneficial than the traditional squats at swimming?

  • @jroldos84 20-40 kgs of weight. The key is to find a weight that is challenging yet you can keep great form on and move it fast on the clean.
