Thank you. It has been over one year since I was on the floor and I am on my last semester of nursing school after being away for a bit. This was a fantastic refresher. It appears to me that this is the quick assesstment done after patient has been on the floor and after the main assesstment done at admission. Though, I thought skin turgor is always done as a way to check for dehydration even though on this video the mucosa and mouth were checked. Thank you.

very nice, very helpful, but should'nt we start assessing the abdomen in the RLQ since that is where the large intestine starts?
