42 lbs. in only 2 months? Wow! That's incredible loss. You must feel like a whole new person, huh? I know I do and I've only lost 36. Keep up what ever you're doing to help the Phentermine along! Congrats again! :-)

@katiesweightlossvlog How did your appt. go?! Thank you so much for your kind words. I wish you lots of luck! My main advice would be to STAY encouraged no matter what the scale tells you or how you feel that day. If you start to lose your motivation, go online and watch a video or read some testimonies...just stay encouraged everyday! Keep us informed on how your results go! :)

Hi reynux! Sorry it's been a week since you commented. I've been mega busy and haven't even been able to watch any of my own Youtube subscriptions. :-)
How has your progress been going? Please keep me informed. I'd love to know! No matter what your results turn out to be, let each day be a new one where you learn what you need to change and you forgive yourself for what you haven't changed yet. Drink lots of water! I've found it really, really helps!
Congrats and Good Luck!

Oh YES it is! :-) This is the first time in my entire life of struggling with my weight that I've ever had consistent weight loss....no wait, I take that back. One other time in my life I lost a lot of weight and that was by watching my fat from calories intake and walking 3 miles 3 times a week. I lost a lot of weight. I was much younger than too, so that helped as well.
Good luck with your journey!! :-D
