That Hun pilot seemed to be out of the cockpit as soon as you opened fire. I remember seeing two parachutes in one of your early interceptions of a Bf110, didn't see one here.
The wreck appears to have crashed inside the perimeter at RAF Lympne.

Interesting comments.
The Luftwaffe pilot mamanges a gravity-defying bail-out via the bottom of the cockpit at 0:44, but I think we can write that off as a quirk of the game. The parachute is visible from time to time; I believe the first occasion is towards the bottom of the screen at 0:55.
