Please join me as it is my pleasure to share with you my healing path.

It has been a path that began with great pleasure and motivation, and although the motivation has remained, I've surprisingly dealt with pain in the process as well. As I've learned, healing on every level will bring some degree of discomfort.

My decision to begin implementing only raw foods into my diet was a sudden and unplanned decision. I knew that healing needed to take place within my body, and after researching realized that it was the wisest thing for me to do seeing that I currently nurse two babies.

I will be sharing with those who are interested the meals that I incorporated into my day. This is just to give those who are interested in what in the world one would eat, an idea. The lists are below:


(1-2 Gallons of water a day)


Menu May 23:

Red clover infusion
Green Juice made of celery, dandelion green stalks, one apple
One avocado with a banana cubed in a bowl
Fruit Smoothie made of two bananas, 6 strawberries, handful of almonds
Snack on almonds in between and a couple additional dates
Large Dandelion and Romaine Salad with mushrooms, onions, olive oil, dill, sea salt, agave nectar
Banana smoothie with 3 dates
Water in between amap
Bowl of kamut puff cereal (kamut puff not raw) with raisins and almond milk


Menu May 24:

Large Apple chopped topped with raisins and sprinkled with clover.
Jar of chlorophyll water
Viento
Green Smoothie made of spinach, dandelion greens, small amount of celery, little agave nectar
Took 2 Viento Capsuls with water
Veggie juice comprised of 2 zucchini's and 1 apple
Medium bowl of sliced Ocra with mushrooms and onions seasoned with sea salt and olive oil.
2 32 ounce jars of water
Snack on three dates and some almonds
Fruit Smoothie made from 2 bananas, 1 date, handful of spinach, 2 tspns of coconut oil
Nino Seaweed wraps made with almonds, olive oil, chopped cilantro, sea salt, pepper sauce, and topped with an avocado and tomato
Another jar of water before bed


Menu May 25

Jar of water
Viento
Snacked on almonds
1st Green Juice of dandelion, parsley, and lime
2nd Green Juice of cilantro and an apple
Water
Nori Wrap (seaweed) made with pureed almonds and avocados, sea salt, olive oil, and romaine lettuce
Dates and almonds
Smoothie made from spinach and a banana
Salad made of dandelion greens and spinach, chopped onions, pumpkin seeds, raisins, olive oil, sea salt
Bowl of pumpkin seeds and raisins before bed
Some water


Menu May 26

Jar of Red Clover infusion
Viento
2 Nectarines, 1 cherry, bunch of baby bananas
4 baby bananas and water
Raw porridge made of blended almonds, pumpkins seeds, chia seeds, 4 dates, half banana, water and agave nectar
4 tbsns of chia seeds
Sliced mushrooms, diced peppers, and diced onions with olive oil, sea salt, pepper sauce
Green smoothie made from spinach and parsley
Jar of water
