  • The best Scrooge ever! What an amazing actor. Really. Look at his work over the years. He is one of the best without question.

  • A very fine actor but he comes across as a bit weird in this interview.

  • albert so reminds me of john lennon...very self depreciating for no earthly reason....yah you guys! thx for posting!

  • Fantastic actor. Very practical about his craft and amazing at executing it. First introduced to him as Scrooge, have loved his work ever since. Watched as many of his films as I can get. Used to have his South Bank Show special on video. Been trying to find it again for years. Brilliant stuff.

  • I've always liked him - even though my first introduction to his work was as Warbucks in "Annie" (1982). I've since seen more of his films and have a much larger appreciation for him as an actor.

  • I could listen to this Mancunian recite the Bible all day, if I had to...wonderful!

  • This is fantastic! Typically humble and very down to earth. He's always been the best. Thanks for posting this! What a treat.
