Autobahn

After reworking Speed Island, I wanted to try a multi-track coaster on No Limits as well. This was meant to be a traditional wooden coaster (self standing structure), and I will release it as well. But the layout inspired me to experiment in another direction. After terraforming, I was amazed by the look of it. So the concept of an expressway was born. All I had to do was to "asphalt" the road and use single cars (32 of them) instead of trains.
I will probably provide the stats with the release of the wooden coaster version. For now, sit down, enjoy and drive safely.

Hey I just noticed, an effective way to add realism, is to make the lifts a transport segment, so it could have a gradual acceleration for the incline. Also, you can hide the devices, so it could look like you're really going up the the hill with no knowlege of a device pulling you.

I overlooked that detail. The confusion comes from the fact this is an evolution from a wooden coaster, I suppose... Maybe I should rework it.

It took about 2 weeks if I remember well. For the track: I used NL Tunnelmaker. This tool can create tunnels that fit perfectly with the layout of your coaster. Except that I shaped a road instead of a tunnel.

No Limits is a "realistic" roller coaster simulator. You can build very convincing rides with it, especially if you have some notions of physics, lol ! I personally prefer (most of the time) to sacrifice part of the realism in order to create weird things such as this video. Anyway, if you like simulations, I recommend it. Great game.
