  • my first 10 days on the plan, i lost 9.8lbs... its so simple to follow... i know, i know, the book says not to weigh yourself for the first 2 weeks, but i just couldnt help myself after my jeans got looser :D thanks paul!!

  • @gavinjamesaitken1 My bubble isn't burst. I said I lost 9.8lbs. I'm under no illusions, I know it was more than likely all water weight. My point was that the lbs (even if in "liquid form") came off easy with hardly any effort at all :)

  • @discoveringme08 dont mean to burst your bubble but intial weight loss is water weight. from then it is fat.

  • @discoveringme08 NOOOOOO !! weigh once a month .... you see better/larger results ! If you weigh yourself every 5 minutes... it shows NO improvements

  • @TuRdSandwitch18 It works for the people who can stick to the rules, some people cant and find it too hard, the rules don't fail, the person does

  • I weighed 296 July 12 and on August 31 weighed 277.5. Almost 20 pounds down and NO dieting. I listen to his hypno dvd every 4-5 days for reinforcement. I've changed my eating and exercise habits. I will have 100 pounds off by next July 2010. I never, ever thought it would work...but it is!
