Who the hell waits a month to report that their 3 year old child is missing?!? If I were her I would have called after an hour, and in that hour I would have searched restlessly to find her. I don't know weather or not she did it, I haven't really followed the case. But I hope she burns in hell for waiting that long to call authorities.
