Il Treno Risanatore all'opera: La Vagliatrice ( P.1/3 )

Un sentito ringraziamento a Gianni & C. per la collaborazione. Il risanamento si effettua principalmente in quei tratti di binari dove si nota la risalita in superficie di fanghiglia, dovuta ad infiltrazioni d'acqua.
La Risanatrice è utilizzata per il risanamento, ossia il setacciamento del pietrisco già esistente con l'aggiunta di quello nuovo, e la esportazione totale che letteralmente estrae l'intera base di massicciata, lasciando il binario completamente senza sostegno e sospeso da terra ad una altezza di circa un metro nel tratto in cui la macchina svolge il suo lavoro.

Questa procedura è del tutto automatica una volta predisposta la macchina, che può essere pilotata addirittura da un solo uomo.

Come il treno rinnovatore, anche la risanatrice (chiamata anche vagliatrice), è un convoglio che raggiunge una lunghezza singolare di circa 400 metri composto dalla testa in quest'ordine:

Un locomotore
Un carro cisterna contenente acqua (questo carro viene aperto al principio mentre il convoglio giunge nel punto prestabilito, allo scopo di bagnare la superficie del binario con molta acqua per abbassare la percentuale di polvere dannosa nell'aria creata dal lavoro della risanatrice)
Un carro merci normale contenente un container (al cui interno vengono messi pezzi di ricambio della risanatrice e utensileria generale), oltre a numerosi barili di olio motore, olio idraulico, olio del cambio e antigelo.
10 carri merci lunghi circa 15 metri, raccoglitori del pietrisco scartato dalla risanatrice durante il lavoro (questi carri sono tutti motorizzati, avendo ciascuno dei nastri trasportatori per spostare il pietrisco scartato).
Risanatrice ( è il nucleo centrale che realizza l'opera di costruzione)
Carri merci trasportatori di pietrisco nuovo (il numero dei carri collegati alla risanatrice può variare da un minimo di 2 a un massimo di 6 a seconda del tipo di lavoro che viene chiamata a fare o dalla lunghezza del binario da trattare).

The rehabilitation is primarily in those stretches of track where we see the rise in surface of mud, due to infiltration of water.
The Risanatrice is used for rehabilitation, namely setacciamento of existing gravel with the addition of the new one, and the total export that literally pulls the whole basis of massicciata, leaving the track completely without support and suspended from the earth at a height by about one meter in the stretch during which the system performs its work.

This procedure is totally automatic once set up the machine, which can be driven even by a single man.

As the train rinnovatore, the healing (also called vagliatrice), is a convoy which reaches a length of about 400 odd meters composed of the head in this order:

A locomotive
A tank wagon containing water (this wagon is open to the principle while the convoy reaches the point in advance in order to wet the surface of the track with plenty of water to lower the percentage of harmful dust in air created by the work of healing)
A wagon containing a normal containers (which are made spare parts and tools of healing general), as well as numerous barrels of engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and antifreeze.
10 freight wagons about 15 metres long, collectors of rubble discarded by healing at work (these wagons are all motorized, having each of the conveyor belts to move the rubble discarded).
Risanatrice (this is the core that makes the work of construction)
Wagons goods transporters of new gravel (the number of wagons connected to healing can vary from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6 depending on the type of work he is called upon to do or the length of the track to be treated).
