  • I created an account just to leave this message lol! Thank you so much for this video!! I tried making a green smoothie in my regular blender & just about burnt it out cuz I 've been watching all these videos about how to make smoothies on Vitamix blenders. I didn't think to put the water in first. I'm going to try that this morning! Thanks so much!!

  • Thank you for making such an excellent and informative video. I wasn't sure if I could make green smoothies using a regular blender but you basically answered all my questions by successfully making one! Hopefully one day I will look as healthy as you do!

  • we don't really have holes as such in our small intestines, that's simplifying it way too much. We have villi, and micro villi, which are finger like projections in the intestine wall, which is riddled with heaps of capillaries. Capillaries have very porous walls which allow nutrients to absorb into them but not big enough to let red blood cells out.

  • Thanks! I was about to purchase a vitamix, which is tough for me because im a college student. I see now that I can make awesome green smoothies with a regular blender.

  • Hi Suzanne! Thanks for this video I'm really trying to get into making green smoothies. I was wondering if I have extra left over from a batch, how long can I keep it in the refrigerator without it losing substantial amounts of its nutrients?

  • Nice job Suzanne! Very clear and easy to understand.
