NFS HP 2 Graphics problem

Hey everyone, I installed my Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 game on my fairly new laptop yesterday, and this is what the graphics are like. Well, almost, The only thing is the HUD, map, car, etc don't blink, only the backrounds. They like change color or something and it works fine, it's just kinda a pain. All other games work perfectly so it shouldn't be anything with the computer. But then I keep adjusting the graphical settings on the game and it doesn't seem to change. Also, idk why it only showed on like 1/4 of the screen, when I play it shows on the whole screen normally. HELP!?!

Additional information:

Computer system: Windows Vista. (The game is set to run on Windows XP with the compatibility option of Vista)

Computer: Dell laptop.

You use Intel Integrated Graphics? I think it can be fixed if you open with 3D Analyzer. Search for it on Google. ;)

I'm using windows 7 as OS and the game works fine :P, maybe its vista cuz there were a lot of problems with gaming under windows vista.

Sorry,theres no way to fix the problem. This game is only made for XP/2000/ME/98 so if any of other computer use it,the game will have this problem. No way to fix.

i had this problem too. you must make the special effects lower (4/5) sry for bad english :D
