@EvoDude26- Every nation has it's own car scene, this is the style & scene in the middle east, and it's actually pretty impressive if you see how he's going around the perimiter of the pad whilst trying to get as close to the spectators as possible, that's showmanship! search for a driver called "magesh" and you'll see the style in South Africa is slightly similar to this.
