why use the best Valley Girl, (BFF) for the last scene of hers in the movie. She had hot scenes, vs. a cake in her face. Disappointed =(

yeah I thought the same after watching this movie on DVD. when Skip brought her groceries to her I thought 'they're gonna do it' but instead Skip went for the daughter. Is this messed up up or what? I would have went for the mother. Yes both of them wanted each other no doubt. The scene cuts off when the mother catches her daughter and Skip together;I bet she was pissed.
