Big disgusting booger pulled out of nose

Found on http://think320.blogspot.com/ - This is certainly one of the biggest most disgusting boogers I have ever seen. It is huge!!! Seeing this big major bogey being pulled out of a man's nose might be hard to watch, but we all know that you want to! You may even find it to be extremely funny or amusing and won't admit it. ;)

Yes, it's most likely nasal packing. A true "booger" wouldn't stay intact so easily, nor would it get that large if it were removable to begin with. Many YouTube videos are mis-titled and lack detailed captions.
