@ ja9tdncy....Right??? One reason I loved U2 so much pre-ATYCLB was because of the intricate drumming, really interesting drum patterns, lots of subtle things. Every time I would listen to one of their albums, I'd hear something new.
But post-Zooropa, Larry's drumming became increasingly plain. I guess they were trying to simplify the songs, but I think they went too far, in my opinion. I still think Larry is an incredible drummer. Can't think of anyone more rock-solid.

i seen then in dublin on monday night i dont think any one who loves u2 has really experanced a show like the shows in dublin everyone should see u2 in dublin its a life changing experance always remember there is someone else worse off in the world than yourself it only takes a second to be nice it takes a life time to be bad enjoy the u2 shows where ever you are in the world the irish are a great race of people
