Thank you so much! You have the best tutorials I've been able to find online. I REALLY wish I could afford your online classes, but alas, I am stuck in free tutorial world. You've made my journey MUCH easier :)

Hey! I think your tutorials are so great, I just can't seem to keep my hoop from going to my knees, and it is getting painful! I have been trying for a few weeks and I am not sure how to keep it above my knee. I rotate my leg with the hoop but it doesn't seem to help. How can I keep this from happening? Thank you!!!

Ahh thank you SO much for this!! I finally got it, after failing at it under the instruction of multiple other videos! Thank you!!
I was wondering what kind of hula hoop do you use? Do you make your own or do you buy them that way?

@dennasaurr
I've used all kinds of hoops, all sizes, thicknesses and weights. It all depends on my mood or favourite at the time. I usually make my own hoops.

Are the huge hematomas on my knees normal? ._.

@BrunetteMuesli Use a Flexible hoop! It won't hurt as much!

I need some help with this, I can keep the hoop consistently at my knees but Im doing the opposite of what you say in the video (hoop to the left, right leg pusher) and I run into problems when trying to raise it from knees to waist. When I try to do it the *right* way the hoop goes at a diagonal and falls after a few revolutions. Is this normal to have learned backwards?

@GCYMSgtMaj This is not a bad thing. Just practice the opposite side too and then when you start walking you'll already have the freedom to hoop with either leg. ; )
