This video is an entry into animeondvd.com's Outrageously Stupid Yet Possibly Believable AnimEigo License Rumor Contest in which we were supposed to pitch a show to AnimEigo. I decided to make a video presentation for mine, and here it is: why AnimEigo should license the 1984 show Cho Kosoku Galvion, in plain english.
Man, gonna be a tough sell here in the US then too! I got a real kick out of just that intro set-up, just imagine the rest of the show!

Recently at Modelpoloza in Orlando, FL this year my friend Tommy picked up a very rare Galvion model kit of the "Breast Chaser" mecha! My modeling club (Vero Beach Nightfighters) all hada good laugh at this, it was suppossed to be "Burst Chaser" but things got goofed up in the translation, as usual!!
I rather like this unknown anime, very '80s and very fun! And I love the open theme, too! This is the kind of show I'd gladly get up at 5 AM to watch!

Count my vote too, AnimeEigo. This is one classic gem that deserves to be resurrected, and AnimEigo would be the best company for the job, hands down. ("You're our only hope, Ben Kanobi!")

(Oh, hey, be sure to cite Galvion's all-English insert song "Be A Hero," too--it'd save Animeigo a little effort, anyway...) This Tagami fan has dug Galvion since day one, but man, it can't even get a DVD release in Japan!

Galvion is the most underground real robot from the 80's. I can't even find the nice main song...

Haha awesome stuff man, love the t-shirt too.
If Animeigo did start licensing anime again this would certainly be near the top of my list.
Bring back Animeigo 80's STYLE!
