Hostas are hardy herbaceous perennials, that are easy to grow! These shade tolerant plants come in a variety of sizes and colors and are a wonderful addition to the garden.

  • @pumkinvine If you hunt deer that's a plus.

  • DONT PLANT THEM A FOOT DEEP!!!

  • Planting them "a foot deep"??

  • I love hostas, there are so many varieties, but the snails like them too.

  • i love u garden girl

  • It should be pointed out that in the south people avoid planting hostas because they are deer magnets. The waxy one seam to be less attractive, but anything you can do or not do to keep the deer out of you're garden is a plus.

  • I like the plant files idea. Would be nice to see more! Would also be nice to hear the names of the ones you showed. I have varigated, they are sooooooooo hardy!

  • The only thing that will kill these guys is a nuclear bomb!!!!!!

  • Oh how cool! I just bought one yesterday. = )
