Re: the comment from the bystander who said (in response to Salatin's example of significantly lower levels of coliform bacteria on Polyface chicken) ..."without chlorine..." (to wash the chicken): - there is NOTHING natural or environmentaly friendly, or healthy about using chlorine (aka 'bleach') on food. Especially since it is a non-issue for naturally raised & intellegently handled poultry.
'Psuedo science' (fake, manipulated) is the basis of industrial ag, as Salatin says.
