In the parking lot at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, before the museum restaurant opens for Sunday brunch, my dad mixes bloody marys in the trunk of his Toyota Camry.
This video features a subtitled conversation, a surreptitious toast, and playful expressionistic guilt.
Interesting fact: About a hundred feet behind us, but unseen in the video, is one of Robert Indiana's original and massive cor-ten steel LOVE sculptures (1970).
