  • The eastern world's greatest hero is a talking monkey with a magic stick who can transform into trees and ride clouds, while we have an old man who has his friends look around for a wineglass for a while and gives up.

  • This is not actually the closest thing to a religious text that the Chinese have. Although it is a good representation of Chinese culture, the Tao Te Ching (the Taoist scriptures) or the Analects (Confucius's teachings) would both probably be considered the closest to religious texts of China. Learn the culture before you teach it.

    Love, from Beijing.

  • @MrAVEREX In case you're not joking: King Arthur.

  • @DulBeat ....Old Obi-Wan Kenobi? He was a boss.

  • NINJAS.

  • @TheSafetyClub Roman mythology is based on Greek myths.

  • @DulBeat And America has a cowboy that beat up tornados, moved canyons and rode on a bolt of lightning.

  • @videogaga999 lol! hes not an old man!?!? thats pigsy! he helps monkey on his journy to have a chance to redeam himself.lots of stuff happend his past, but to sum it up, he was turned into a pig-human accedently during reancarnation.

  • @DulBeat whos the old man?

  • @DulBeat We got all sorts of sweet Greek myths and Roman mythology that had it's origins in the west

  • @DulBeat We have both. And so do they. Just because it was written in the east doesn't mean it is exclusively for people from there. Westerners can enjoy it just as much. Because frankly, it's awesome.

  • Wait, Nm, I got it! King Arthur! I was thinking of the Greek god of wine. My bad.
