@ProTuner06 pfft that neon was detuned, they couldnt have kids running around with 300-350hp cars. name a few turbo fwd turbo 4cyls in this country that even has over 230hp from the factory. yeah the car may not be best looking around, but give it props, that car has accomplished too much to be a fail.

That car is not / never was a vr6. Judging by the date of the video there was a 16v in there. Car currently has a 1.8t in it and runs mid 9's.

Nah.
If it was a Honda, the driver would have screwed up the launch, eventually make it to 3rd gear, then miss 4th and go into 2nd instead, blow the engine, and THEN talk about how he would have totally won when V-TEC would have kicked in.
