  • I have just come back from Tromso and one cannot describe the magic of the Aurora Borealis, was lucky enough to get to see them in full flow on two different nights and words cannot express the experience. You cannot see them as vivid as you do in pictures but it get's pretty close.

  • i love joanna lumley

  • At School We Are Learning About It

  • 5:31 the compass is not working in metal shells as train! You must be in open air with no metal around. However, very beautiful documentary, I love it!

  • This wonderful documentary has become my special Christmastime treat. What a thrilling adventure -- so full of charm and whimsy. It makes me feel like a little child again with its romance and wonderment. I'm so glad that Joanna finally had the chance to fulfil her dream of a lifetime. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

  • @magyarmoldi I THINK SHE IS JUST BEING FUNNY))

  • 10:00 "i can call myself an explorer , not a tourist" sits in a sledges agonizingly dragged by dogs and at the same time straightening her hat off her face in order to keep make up in the right place

  • I just love joanna lumley's accent, I could just listen to her ALL DAY.

  • lovely woman but sadly obsessed with being Norwegian. Asking that man if she looks or has Norse blood was embarrassing to watch and some things she has written about it. Discontentment is common with a lot of English people.

  • Dear friends who like winter and Norway and Arctic, I recommend book "The terror" by Dan Simmons. The book is set in Canadian arctic circle, and the atmosphere of the book is just incredible.
