Great song. I have this record, looking at it now. From 1978, Radar Records. It still has the sticker on it from the record store saying "Import. German Synth Band" and the price: $3.95, which tells me they weren't too well known in Australia, and the product might have been hard to move.

You have got to be kidding me. I first heard this song back in 1982 when my older brother bought the record and I haven't heard it since. A couple of years ago I heard a news report about Dusseldorf and the song popped up in my head and I've been whistling it every so often ever since.
The song came to my head again a few minutes ago and decided to see if it was in YouTube and here it is!!!
What a riot. I bet my brother still has the record with him!
Strange how the mind works, isn't it?
