This is one of the Benchmark CrossFit WOD's. Angie is not to be messed with. Perform 100 Pull-ups, 100 Push-ups, 100 Sit-ups, and 100 Squats for time. You must perform each exercise before moving on to the next.

  • I wasn't talking about the women, yes those are modified.. although she should still go lower... but men... they are barely lowering their bodies...

  • Brutal WOD and even if form fails a little with fatigue it's still a good effort to finish it.

  • those are called MODIFIED push-ups

  • unfortunately those are NOT pushups
