Infernal Neighbours!

Ok.. so they've flooded my bathroom, they've had karaoke nights going to beyond 2am in the morning and today, they brought in HORSES.
Fine in theory if the garden is big enough but when it isn't and they're right outside your living room window - then I TAKE OBJECTION. Why? Because you're annoying neighbours, thats WHY!
They can't speak to each other, they have to be loud and shout. They can't walk across a floor without banging... and I'm absolutely sure they took a PONY into their FIRST FLOOR flat at lunchtime today - cos the noise down here was not that of human feet (as we know it)
I'm just so glad I didn't have a living room window open and even more thankful that the horse didn't fart when it backed into the windowsill...
I really do believe that their landlady is completely clueless as to her 'tenants' behaviour.
And it's a good thing that a lot of council complaint forms are available online.
NOBODY should have to deal with what we've had to put up with. EVER.

Well, did you call the police? Do they even HAVE a permit to keep those animals? And even if they did, they still have to be mindful of the rest of society. Any person with pets have their rights, yes, but they also have their responsibilities, especially if we're talking about a HORSE here. They could easily have them removed from that area

which one is the horse? tell thoes gippos to f**k off.i have a neighbour 37yr old (so called man) calling my 5yr old daughter afull names,he also video tapes my older daughter,but little dose he know im videoing him,running up his steps,lifting heavy bags of coal,also playing football,you see hes on disability he has a bad leg NOT.

im not one for tellin on people but this has gone on for a year now.

hes always watchin us from his door and hes not shy about it,his day is coming EVCITED SOON HA
