I couldn't think of one with three syllables, no. The usual pathetic/lyric way to say that would be 'Leb wohl!', but try stretching that over three notes.

@ShawDAMAN tschüssi denn ;) (the German "tschüss" should be a malapropism from the Portuguese "A Deus", which brought the sailors to Hamburg) but i think it is not kitsch enough.

Lovely. Gedda is Olympian! Prey, although in fine form, seems a trifle schmaltz-y and sentimental. Alvaro, it's true, probably shouldn't sound completely sincere here. The voices blend nicely.

Great video !Do you have more videos of La forza del destino with Gedda?Gedda is fantastic he could sound like a spinto if he wanted .And Prey ... in a class of his own
