Well, they're yates rows, so that's how they're done.
Dorian would agree with you. I find that most people don't know what a yates row is and will tell you that you are too upright. Oh well. I liked the form, good job.

Crap, sorry for the dbl comment. Things were screwing up, thought it didn't post the first time.

Hey, sorry, couldn't see if it was overhand or underhand. If it was underhand, that's basically perfect. If it was overhand, I suggest bending over more and pulling up to the lower chest. Yeah, I know, bodybuilders do it your way, bla bla. Yeah I've seen it too. Just a suggestion. Best thing is play with diff back angles, see what you like. As for weight, good stuff.

Hey, sorry, couldn't quite see if it was overhand or underhand. If underhand, good form! If overhand though, I'd say bend over more and pull it to your lower chest rather than your abs. Yeah, I know, bodybuilders do it your way, bla bla. It's just my suggestion. Better yet, play with the angles!! Then you can see what you like best. As for weight, I think it's a good weight. But that's me. haha.
Well, they're yates rows, so that's how they're done. I've since learned that my form is pretty good for these. The reason for the low angle of attack is to target the upper back. They work quite well, if I do say so myself. ;)
