Setting up time limits and restrictions for different users is simple with the Family Safety feature in Windows 7. Each computer user can have their own computer use limits.

  • i want to setup parental control for my self so i can get off the computer, but it say i cant becouse i am the administrator. And I dont want to do an extra non-admin account :)

    what shall i do xD

  • Sorry, but you need to create a standard account to use parental controls. The administrator needs to have computer control at all times and using parental controls would limit that. Here's an explanation of the account levels:

  • Does it block websites and certain AIM accounts?

  • It can be setup to block specific websites as well as programs.

  • BLOODY SHIT FUCK OF A SHIT FUCK OF BLOODY SHIT ASS BLOOD PUSSY

  • what if your adiminstrator account has time restrictions??

  • WTH created that thing?! =.=

  • Parents are nerds

  • I wouldn't mind parental controls as much, if I didn't need to ask my dad to

    1. Unblock programs (He doesn't even care what programs I use!)

    2. Download something (What am I going to download?)

    3. Change the time limits so I can practice my programming/writing.

    4. To allow games, even though the rating is "Up to 'M'" I still need to ask him to unblock games after they've been downloaded.

    5. Download stuff from a disk.

  • What if you go to the BIOS and change the date and time settings?

  • @WindowsVideos fuck you any one who uses parental controls or promotes it needs to die
