Daniel Sandate fled to Canada after a tour in Iraq in the US Army. He was later the 2nd US soldier to be deported from Canada, and he was sentenced to 8 months in prison at Ft. Carson, CO. Daniel was released from prison on January 20, 2009 and is speaking at Joy Mennonite Church in Oklahoma CIty, 2 days after his release from prison, with his civilian defense attorney James M. Branum.
