This one happened during our 'stink and drink' social after day one of the CrossFit Level certification we held at CrossFit Milwaukee. Apparently tabata squats and a team Fran workout wasn't enough for our trainer Danny N. who decided to add this to the events of the day. I think his workout was as follows:

For time:
chug 1/2 beer
10 pull-ups
chug 1/2 beer
10 burpees

Had they not already worked out that day, I think 5 rounds may have been in order. Maybe some other day . . . .

    Hello, I just noticed your comment on the pull ups in the vid and was wondering on what evidence you base your claim that they don't build muscle? Additionally, at least from what I can tell, it looks like none of those in the video are looking to build egos but instead drink some beer and have some fun.

  • these pull ups are retarded....momentum does not build muscle and thats all these pull ups are....u crossfitters need to leave the ego at home and not worry about how many pull ups u get...totally ruined this movement
