a curved run can be extremely important for a forward in beating an offside trap or losing a defender. If u run in a straight line then you will be predictable

What i think he meant was angled runs, rather than curved runs. All curved runs do is waste rime

Ok, first of all, props to succertutor for this video, however, you spend almost 5 minutes describing a curved run & how beneficial it is, when in reality, direct runs are more beneficial, for the reasons described by dannyhilditch. This kind of session is completely unnecessary, coach your players on how to receive a pass when on the run and don't waste time on this rubbish.

yes i can see the difference...yes i get the point, curve the run. 3 minutes saying the same bloody thing where i can say it in 3 seconds.
