My own little "fan edit" of David Cronenberg's 1969 experimental film Stereo enables to me enjoy the elements I admire (the "Kubrickesque" cinematography, its timeless look, and the Brutalist architecture of Scarborough College, where the film was shot) without the anguish of having to sit through the entire 60-minute film. I added music by Raison d'être and This Mortal Coil; a few snippets of the ironic, yet stoic and impenetrably academic narration that occasionally broke the original film's complete silence remain. NSFW.
