But I Went My Profile Public, But In The First Time It's Was In Public Then It Change To Lock What Should I Do I tryed To Change My Birthday It's Not Leting Me :(

i did that and then i got an email giving me a link of how to change my birthday, and also they said they'll get back to me soon but i dont know how long it'll take. but then when i went back to my profile AFTER contacting them it turned grey are they still gunna let me change it?
