    Hi there! I don't have any routines, but I have been using my wrists a lot in the past, so I guess the muscles just got stretched enough, so now just dancing keeps them in a decent shape :) That's for bending the hand inwards. (I do have problems with bending the hand outwards, and am wondering whether it's because of my bone structure...)
