I think It is very good idea to built tram system to the city. They are space effective, environmentally friendly. They will encourage people to use public transport. I create cities much more human and nice. I also hope trams can help Israeli and Palestinian people to be friends together.

Saying that "Israel unlawfully annexed East Jerusalem 40 years ago" is the same of saying "Egypt unlawfully sought independence from England 60 years ago" and so on.

The system is meant to serve both Jews and Arabs. The Jerusalem municipality is doing what it needs to do to relieve conjestion in the city - by building a modern light rail system.
To rebut the Israeli rep., instead of checking the facts, AJ put on some woman with no credentials who claims that there will be no stations serving Shoafat... Lies! There will not one station in Shoafat, but three of them!

We- our ancestors- conquered Jerusalem 3,000 years ago READ THE BIBLE- so we are here. WE DO NOT NEED TO SAY SORRY THAT WE CONQUERED THE EASTERN PART in 1967- IT IS OURS- thank G-d Israel can protect itself- It's a shame that so many westerners & English follow this sick Arab hate propaganda.
