Superintendent Paul Carlson talks about their iPads lending programs in New London, Spicer schools and use of broadband in the schools. Students use the iPads in a variety of classes. Part of a tour with the Blandin Foundation to several ARRA-funded Minnesota Intelligent Rural Community programs in rural Minnesota.
