@moarinternets Anyone else find the irony that the reapers have used geth , krogans.... and it even speculated had "corrupted the songs of the rachni" and now sheperd using the same resources to kill them

@ProDeathblow Reapers can indoctrinate all races humans included (even the Illusive Man was close to become like Saren, hence his cybernectic eyes). No one is safe.

i think letting them live is one of the few paragon choices that could affect ME3 in a bad way, if the reapers could control them once they probably can do it again

Well, I was mostly a Paragon in that comic thing for the PS3, so I should get the council's help. You should be able to request help from the council races even if you let the council die, if ME3 info is any indication.
I let Kaidan die, unfortunately.
Wrex is indeed optional, but I saved him. Even if you killed him, you could still recruit the krogan if you convinced Mordin to keep the genophage cure data at the end of his loyalty mission.
Geth, rachni, and quarians are obvious.
