Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, lift one leg, point toe and slightly bend knee. Move lifted leg in front of the body, hold for 2 seconds, return to starting position, then move leg to the side of the body, hold for two seconds, return to starting position, then rotate body and move leg to the back of your body and hold for two seconds, return to starting position.
