i have brain chemistry issues. and it is sad to me in and of itself that i need pills to be happy. i was trying to say it's like food and i need food to live so i need pills to be happy, so what? well i think it's different because i would like to think even if i was starving to death i would be able to overcome it and be happy with thoughts. but there is no correct thought. everything is unknown.

well idfk. the way i think is that nothing can be known for certain so sometimes i wonder what's the point in trying to have any goals or any interests? but then i do because i don't like the idea of dying... so i don't know if i can agree with how you say one should achieve happiness because having goals and interests seems silly. how to have happiness seems to me like one needs to simply think positively. the problem is that i tried that and it doesn't work and i guess ...tbc
