Does this game require Diablo 1 or 2?

No I dont think youll need D1 or D2 to play this.

I can also bet that the PvP system will be just as ridiculously imbalanced as every other Blizzard game, except for maybe their RTS games such as Starcraft, those have at least a minor inkling notion of what the word balance means.

i betcha the same old scrubs play this game just like every other blizzard game... you can do the exact same thing as someone else you just dont realize it

I'm not going to lie, after waiting almost five years for this game, and I know the wait will continue past this mostdefinitely, the graphics look like a re-vamped Diablo 2, which in my opinion after so much time and effort being dumped into this, perhaps Blizzard could have put more of a WoW spin on the game, change some of the mechanics or at least make the game easier on the eyes. They should have made note on ArenaNet, seeing as how they used to work for Blizzard.
