En la localidad zaragozana de Chiprana, Antonio Acero y Balbina Piazuelo todavía continúan con la tradición de sazonar y dejar secar aquellos productos que quieren conservar para los meses de invierno. Ellos nos van a enseñar la preparación y conservación de los tomates secos para su posterior utilización en la cocina tradicional.
