  • My father and I purchased a 99$ display at a local sports store for half off. After first day use (he is 62 with mild back pain and me 19 with little to no back pain.

He has no back pain and I feel SOOOO relaxed.

  • sucks to get old.

  • i fell out of mine :l

  • I have suffered for many years with severe back pain.

I have taken all kinds of medications and anti inflamatories you name it.

I tried physio, chiropractic , accupuncture and chinese massage.

I then went for the inversion table and found it to be the best.

You can pay anything from say $110 to $600 for one at it will pay for itself over time.

When you consider how much chiro and physio costs per visit.

Inversion is the best. just 10 mins a day is the best maintenance for your back.

  • @Arnuminous yeah he could do that...but I have back pain and I have been down to 4% bodyfat....and my discs still kill me. So what do you do then? Some people need this treatment, it's genetic!

  • Yo - what song did you use for this?

  • The best thing that "Tweedle-Dum" could do for his back is to lose a few pounds around his waist.

  • Brilliant demo, thank you.

  • Yeah the strap is mainly to teach your friends to use it and to get over the fear initially. Pretty much no need for it once you're accustomed, I guess.

I do use it sometimes if I want to relax and lie for longer periods though, you can't lay for as long under full inversion since it's more blood rush and ankle strain.

  • Video is very useful. Thank you
