One thing I didn't like so much about this game was the strange habit of the Space Marines to hold their bolters across their chests when it would make more sense for them to just hold it at their sides...

That's why I love this game so much. Captain Titus is basically the shining example of what Ultramarines are supposed to be like when Matt Ward doesn't write for them. And of course the biggest a-hole among them is an Ultramarine that clings to the Codex as his spiritual liege and betrays his own brothers in doing so.
That's one cool game for us, one big power armored middle finger for Mr. Ward!

Personally I think Leandros is corrupted, he did disappear for quite awhile in the very beginning and somehow managed to severely damage his helmet with no indication, as to how it happened. Besides, Grandfather Nurgle would just love him.
